What is your return policy?

We offer 15 days, no question asked, product return from the date of receiving the package, provided that the product is not used and the labels stay with the products. The product should not be damaged and will remain in the same packaging in mint condition as received. As soon as we receive the product back, we will return your money on the same payment method. The charges for refund delivery will be borne by the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

All our shipment is international deliveries. We have made commitments with our customers to ship them free of charges to most of the countries. It will take around 15-40 days before your package is received. If you want a faster delivery, please message us about it. We will make sure to arrange one for you for not much extra charge.

Are there any discounts, sales, or free gifts in your store?

Oh yes, we are offering discounts on more purchases, end-season sale, or new arrival sale. Our members can get discounts. Check out in the members'cadre page after logging in.

Is it mandatory to become the site member to purchase?

Although it is not mandatory, but you have to become a member if you want discount benefits. You will be offered to sign up at your check-out. The process is easy. You can sign-up with Google and Facebook and it will take only 30 seconds. Please do subscribe too, as you will get emails whenever there are discounts available on the store.

Is there a referral program in your store?

Definately, we are planning to design a referral program which can benefit both referral and the refree.

What are the payment methods available in your store?

As we are starting up, only major credit cards are available in our store as the payment method. The currency is USD in which the transaction will take place. Soon more payent methods will be added.

What is the time taken for your store delivery to arrive?

The free delivery used will be standard one, it will take up to 50 days for your product to arrive. If you want to have a quicker delivery, you can pay slightly more, please send a message on the chat if you want this option. We will make sure to use another faster method with small extra charge.

What are your shipping options?

Usually we use standard shipping of different companies for different countries. It may take up to 50 days for your delivery to arrive. However, with a small extra charge, calculated on weight basis and different from country to country, we can arrange a faster delivery.

What if the product I receive is damaged, or not of the type I requested?

You can immediately return the product to us. Please take the pucture of the product received and provide us of the proof that it doesn't match what you have ordered. Upon receipt of the product in my store, we will send you the product again according to your specifications. As a consellation, we will either offer to have your return delivery chanrges as a credit in the store or refunded to you.

What are the shipping costs?

Normally we are offering free delivery on all of our products to most countries, but sometimes, free delivery is not available for some areas. If you are our regular customer and member, we will make sure to arrange a free delivery for you, otherwise, you have to pay small charge for your delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have made an order and received a confirmation email that your order is received, you can cancel or make changes before the order is shipped. All changes and cancellation will be without charges provided the shipment has not been made. When the product is sent for shipment, unfortunately, cancellation may not be successful. You will have to incur certain charges to cancel your order. We will try to minimize all the charges for you as we can negotiate with Shipment Company to return the package wherever it is in transit. Depending upon the distance covered by the package, the shipment company will charge some money from us. You have to pay this amount and your order will be cancelled or changed. Please rest assure that we will do whatever in our power to minimize the charges incurred by you in such a case.

Are my payment details/data secure?

Our site is hosted with Wix and we use Wix credit card payment methods. Wix has this to say about their credit card payment security: The Wix Stores checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for your customers to purchase from your Wix site.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Most of the time, our shipment companies are very punctual and results are favorable. But sometimes a package may be lost in the transit. In such cases, we will take full responsibility of such a loss and will either send you another package of the same product or return you full amount of the worth of the product. In addition, we will claim damages from the shipment company which, if received, will be directed towards you and will be credited to your account.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

If you receive a damaged product, just take a picture with date and time stamped on the picture. Immediately send the package back to us. As soon as we receive the package back we will not only send you a fresh product, but as a consolation we will credit the money you spend on the delivery of the product to us towards your account, which you can use in the future.

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

There is a chat box on our products page. You can click on it. We are online most time of the day. We will be happy to assist you as soon as we receive your query. If you can’t find us there, you can either leave a message there, or email us. We will reply as quickly as possible.

How will you use my personal information provided?

What about the customs, duties of my country?

We ship internationally to many countries. Every country has its own laws which regulate any product entering the country. It is the responsibility of the customer to get it through the customs and pay the duties as required by that country. That being said, our products are totally feasible and not of high value, and the weight of each product is not much to incur any duty. There are more chances that your product is released automatically and sent to you without any trouble. We have arranged a page in which you can find customs or duties for the value of your package in your country.

Currently, we are accepting all major credit cards and the PayPal on a secure system.

Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.?

How do i make payments using paypal? How does it work

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to system for your order. It's fast, easy & secure.

Can i pay using paypal without a paypal account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal. By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at our email (if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at our email.

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery)

2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
