Refund, Retrun, & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone-by since you have received the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

We offer 15 days, no question asked, product return from the date of receiving the package, provided that the product is not used and the labels stay with the products. The product should not be damaged and will remain in the same packaging in mint condition as received. As soon as we receive the product back, we will return your money on the same payment method. The charges for refund delivery will be borne by the customer.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please send your purchase back to the address from where it came from.

 

Cancellation

 

If you have made an order and received a confirmation email that your order is received, you can cancel or make changes before the order is shipped. All changes and cancellations will be without charges provided the shipment has not been made. When the product is sent for shipment, unfortunately, cancellation may not be successful. You will have to incur certain charges to cancel your order. We will try to minimize all the charges for you as we can negotiate with the Shipment Company to return the package wherever it is in transit. Depending upon the distance covered by the package, the shipment company will charge some money from us. You have to pay this amount and your order will be canceled or changed. Please rest assured that we will do whatever in our power to minimize the charges incurred by you in such a case. 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All refunds will be made of the original price you have paid for the product.

 

Exchanges

 

If you receive a damaged product, just take a picture with the date and time stamped on the picture. Immediately send the package back to us. As soon as we receive the package back we will not only send you a fresh product but as a consolation, we will credit the money you spend on the delivery of the product towards your account, which you can use in the future.

 

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product that falls under the below categories should be immediately returned after taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at our email (if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of damaged product received, we will require photo proof of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. 

2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

Shipping

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to ABC Street DEF Plaza, Singapore, DE, 899898, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery Method Used at vividnstylish

We are offering quality products with free delivery to almost all countries. Please check the delivery charges on checkout, after entering your destination. 

For free delivery, we use the normal method of delivery which is cheap but takes longer than usual.

The normal time for our product from the time of order to arrival at your door-step will probably take 40-50 days. Although, we'll try to reduce this time as much as possible, keep in mind that this is the tentative period your package will take to reach.

 

As soon as you order, we will send you an email within 24 hours along with the tracking ID of your package. We’ll also keep you posting about your package manually.

 

If you want to get the package earlier than this, please do message us so that we can use the quick delivery method. It will cost you a little more and will cut the time a week or so.

 

According to our research done on delivery methods, the fastest and most expensive one, i.e. either the DHL, FedEx, or the UPS, the time it takes for international deliveries is not less than 3 weeks. It was one of the reasons we chose normal delivery as it will cost you nothing and will not increase the time of delivery much.
